Puri Jagannadh for the first time in his career has come up with a female oriented film starring Charmi Kaur in the lead role. So far Charmi has done some female oriented movies like Mantra and Mangala. Charmi turned producer for this film. Will this combo can create magic at box office?

Plot:

Jyothi Lakshmi(Charmi) is a call girl who works in a brothel house managed by Narayan Patwari ( Ajay Ghosh). One day a software engineer Satya (Satya dev) meets Jyothi Lakshmi and fell in love with her. He expresses his true love towards Jyothi Lakshmi and asks her to marry him. Satya and Jyothi Lakshmi runs away from the brothel house and get married with the help of a police officer. But Narayan and his gang will be behind the couple and chases them. What are the consequences the couple faces and will Satya survive the blow of Narayanan? Need to watch on the screen

Analysis:

Puri Jagannadh took the story from legendary writer Satya Murthy. Puri Jagannadh is honest in his attempt and he has chosen a perfect girl in the form of Charmi for the character of Jyothi Lakshmi. But the concept of the film is not strong enough to pull out an entertaining film. Barring few one liners the film lacks the depth. Though director tried to convey a strong message with this film but it should have conveyed in a better way. We can’t expect a puri mark narration in the film except for few scenes. Comedy scenes by Brahmanandam and Sampoornesh  Babu were completely out of place. The length of the film seems to be high and overall the film will be accepted by only a section of viewers

Artist Performances:

Charmi is the main base of the film. She already proved with her past performances in Anaganaga Oka Roju and Mantra movies. Her expressions and body language are perfect for the role.

Satya who is debuting with this film did his best for the role. He suited well for the role and his performance is ok.

Brahmanandam, Sampoornesh Babu did their best in the film.

Technical Department:

Visuals by P G Vindha is one of the highlight of the film.

Music by Sunil Kashyap has also added to the highlights of the film.

Verdict:

Genuine Attempt, Wasted.
